Both parties are now committed to the transaction, and the property is temporarily taken off the market. For you the seller, it's a time to prepare for the next steps, potentially including moving arrangements and completing any agreed-upon repairs.

The buyer completes the transaction by providing the funds, and the seller hands over the keys and any agreed-upon items.
