Under Contract
Under Contract signifies that your offer has been accepted by the seller, and both parties have agreed to the outlined terms. During this time we will conduct Inspections and an Appraisal.

Buyer Consultation
A buyer consultation is a meeting where we will sit down and discuss preferences, budget, and priorities. The consultation helps me tailor the home search, ensuring a more personalized and efficient house-hunting process. Additionally, it provides an opportunity for you to ask questions, understand the home buying process.

Making and Offer
After finding the ideal property, I will write an offer outlining the proposed purchase terms. This includes the offered price, contingencies, and other relevant details. The goal is to present a compelling and competitive offer to the seller, initiating negotiations and moving closer to securing the desired home.

Closing
Closing day is the final step of the home buying journey. Buyers sign the remaining paperwork, including the mortgage documents and transfer of ownership. Closing costs are settled, and the keys to the new home are handed over. It marks the official conclusion of the transaction, and the buyers officially become homeowners.
